Bad Customer Service

I ordered my Food from Debonairs/Steers at 13:08. I ordered one pizza and two burger meals. At 13:45 my order arrived, he did not show me the food and instead asked for my card to pay for it. After paying for it he took out my order but only had the burgers. He said he was sorry and would be back within 20mins with my pizza. 14:30 i phoned them to ask about my order she did not apologise and just said it was coming. EVentually at 14:37 My pizza arrived. 1:30 after i placed the order. I feel they should have at least refunded the amount for the pizza.
