Disappointed with Kauia's worms

Today My sisters and I went for lunch at Kauai - walmer park.
We ordered the chicken caesar wrap duo.
While our smoothies were great the food was appalling.
Both of my sisters wraps had live worms in their food.
We were refunded but reluctantly. The manager showed no concern over us and didn't even come to apologize or offer to give us a refund.
We are absolutely disgusted with this. Putting us all off Kauai.
