Ocean Basket “Clearwater Mall disaste

On two occasions we've experienced bad food and recently bad facilities. Our latest issue: bathroom facilities being shared by both sexes as well as staff and filthy putting it mildly. Followed by vegetables, ordered with the food, not being what it was claimed to be - butternut pumpkin was a watery green pumpkin squash and spinach was a watery mess with the white core of spinach leaves instead of the leaves itself. After complaining and promise that it will be rectified (which involved getting an extra helping fish) we got the same fish back and a huge clump of rice. We decided we have had enough, called the manager who accepted that we will be leaving (not wanting to venture a 3rd round). To his credit he indicated that we could have the drinks on the house and apologised for our bad experience. This was however the 2nd that we were not happy with the quality of food and will not visit this restaurant again. The same happened to family members of us as well and people now start talking about the 50/50 Ocean Basket at Clearwater Mall - meaning a 50% chance of getting either good or bad food.
