It has now been more than 2 weeks that i have been waiting for Natasha from Customer Service to phone me regarding a complaint. Gina the first lady i spoke to was more interested in arguing with me about our difference of opinion than admitting that they have made a mistake and apologising, This was even apparent in the email they sent me were instead of apologising they misinterpreted my complaint and explained to me why I was wrong? Only after an intence debate did Gina eventually conclude that they are apologising, Feeling somewhat ill-treated i insited that somebody higher up phone me. this was apparently Natasha. I am still waiting, or is Telkom still installing your landline? Or are you still phoning my old number after i have sent you the new one 3 times? i have since sent another email to Customer service and i phoned your head office directly and was assured by the receptionist that i will be copied into an email that she would have sent to the marketing Director and Natasha. This obviously never materialised. Robbie if you are reading this Please phone me i would want to know if this is acceptable? i will be awaiting your copy-paste reply... CAS-33631 4XLNKB
