Service Pathetic

I booked with South Coast getaways in September but the place was too small so had to move the date to the 18th October and change to a house. I need to pay the balance (Its friday today and next week friday we were suppose to be leaving) but I have had no responses from Natasha. Everytime I send her a message she take 1-2 weeks to reply. I have email 100's of times. Smsd her begging her to reply, Sent whatsapp messages to her and her Boyfriend, Call her phone and she does not even answer.nothing at all, She has no consideration what so ever. I already paid R1000 and my family is waiting for some news from me, I will get blamed for everything coz I was organising everything and yet I still dont even get a reply from her. All I want is the balance that I owe and the direction, where to pick up keys etc, We suppose to be going next week but I still dont have any of these things, Do you think this is fair. People please do not ever in your life book with Natasha from South Coast Getaways, Only book if you want to die from Stress.
