I initially spoke to Fedelia at FNB who got my handset sent to me. I received my Samsung Galaxy S4 on the 20th May, the 21st of May when i detected two problems with the phone i immediately acted on it. After much trouble of getting Tumi, Babalwa ato transfer me to the right department eventually i get to the Smart Device Department where i spoke to Nomsa (WHO NOW APPARENTLY DOES NOT EXIST)
i spoke to Kerry-ann who assisted me eventually i asked for the MAnger (Natasha) i explained to her that after i explained to Nomsa that the battery does not even last half a day and the phone heats up she (Nomsa) said the phone needs to be repaired i then told her its an OBF and the she said that a NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 would be sent when collecting the obf!!! WELL IT NEVER HAPPENED and Natasha says there is no NOMSA working in her departmen and her staff would never provide a client inocorrect info so she's saying that i (THE CUSTOMER IS LYING) i wants a new SAMSUNG Galaxy as promised and NATASHA THE MANAGER OF THe DEPARTMENT has not called nor has she emailed me like SHE SAID SHE WOULD. im afraid to know how the reign of the contract will BE! I WANT ANSWERS NOT FROM NATASHA FROM HER BOSS!
