KFC sandton city charges double!!!

Ref no: P2/13/1020 refers.

I was double charged on the 1st January 2013 at the KFC sandton City branch.
I went back to the store on the 12th January and spoke to the manager on duty and explained the situation. She took down the till slip number as well as my card number. She promised to get back to me the same day which she did not!

I then receive a call from the lady on Thursday 17th January 2013 saying I need to bring my bank statement in. I had showed her the incontact messages that I received wrt to being charged the same amount of R150 twice on my visit to her on the 12th January 2013.

I do not frequent Sandton City often and me having to go back to the store numerous times at my own expense to rectify a mistake made by KFC is ridiculous.

Today is the 21st ie: 20 days later and they still have not rectified / refunded my funds to me.

Pathetic!!!
