On the 24th July 2013 I took out a internet bundle from 8ta (Sandton City Branch) which includes the device. Two days later, the young lady who works in the store phoned me and said she had made a mistake and gave me the wrong sim card for the device. I was to bring it in and get it swapped which I did. The issue now is that I have been paying for 2 sim cards every month (2 bills) as well as paying 2 initiation fees. How can I pay for 2 initiation fees when it was the error of the store attendant? Every week I go there and waste my time trying to sort this issue out as everytime they say it is sorted when it is not and I am being billed double every month. The people working at 8ta sandton are not helpful at all and do not no what the is going on and themselves do not no there from their elbow. Its ridiculous the level of service that they provide. I am very angry that after 3 months of trying to sort this out, they still have not been able to resolve this issue.
