KFC
3rd time waiting over 15 minutes for just 2 pieces

Perthaps the idea of "fast food" should not be raised if there's a "waiting policy" this is now the 3rd tiime in less than 2 weeks that I've been asked to wait 5 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and I'm still sitting in my car somewhat 15 minutes later. If I wanted to wait for a meal I wouldve gone to an "eat in" restaurant! Poor performance KFC. But even worse that it seems to be habitual, I guess the extra 5 minute drive to the kabega KFC would be faster. Ill be sure to pass on the message to my colleagues next time they ask.
