Today, the 26 June 2013, our company ordered 5 subs to be delivered. After waiting more than an hour we received our delivery. One of the subs was incorrect. We then called to ask for the one we ordered to be delivered and exchanged for the incorrect one. After needing to repeat the order 5 times, and no I am by no means exaggerating when I say 5, we continued to wait an additional 40min for delivery. If I can put this into perspective our office is less than 3km away. As I went to collect the food and give the incorrect one back, Vaughn - who delivered it - said that there was only 3 of the 4 veg that she wanted as they ran out. To which I responded asking which one. Heaven forbid I ask that as he continued to say that he doesn't know as he is between deliveries and trying to accommodate us and that he got shouted at on the phone by the lady who repeated the order. So I said that he was doing exactly the same to me and he backed down while i walked away. So now it is our fault that the we received the wrong food and he is "accommodating" us. What happened to service? To common decency. Vaughn you cost Subway ANY future business from us.
