Subway
*A chain without standards*

I have just returned for the Subway in Sunninghill (After living in the UK and Europe for 5 years Subway is one of my favourite fast food chains... or should I say was)
I specifically ordered the Veggie Patty (which is the only Sub I ever order)

Only once the sub had been made did they inform me that they didn't do Veggie Patties in that branch.

Had I know that:
1 I would not have ordered at Subway (I could have gone to Woolworths and gotten a MUCH better sandwich at a cheaper price.
and
2. the staff were really rude about it. I asked why I hadn't been informed before hand and why the branch didn't do the Veggie patty and they literally said this is what we do and wrapped my Sub up and gave it to me.

I am SO disappointed in Subway in SA, not only are they not running as a franchise but the service is always average at best.

RUINED MY LUNCH BREAK
