Incorrect Food Orders and short Food Delivery

On 29.08.2013 Food was ordered via phone for take away delivery.
Order was placed with Belinda.

Usually when food is ordered the amount for the order including the delivery fee will be confirmed.
Belinda confirmed that she will return a call giving the amount due.
A call was received only to say that the driver with the delivery was waiting outside.

There was one burger short delivered which the operator only added one burger and not 2 as specified.
The chicken on the burger was grilled but there was no mention that we wanted grilled burgers.

A phone call was made to notify the operator of the incorrect delivery she returned a very bad attitude in regards to the query. it was explained that the burgers was not ordered as a grilled burger but a fried chicken fillet.

The short delivered burger came it was also grilled.
We have been regular clients for many years and this is not the first time that we have received service like this.
Please check all your food before accepting it there may be something wrong with the food that you ordered.
