BAD SERVICE

I have now had not 1 but multiple bad experience with this branch in particular.
they take all information on the phone for the delivery but still get something wrong... My very 1st bad experience was about 2 months ago when I ordered from them and had 2 phone 5 times to check where my order was. yet they still delivered it over 3 hours late. Thinking that they would have learnt from previous incident's with them I ordered from them today 07/07/2013 at 16:45, after waiting over an hour I still did not get any order delivered just to phone and find out that they have gotten my details incorrect bearing in mind that this is saved automatically on there system because of previous business I had with them.. I can now honestly say that I am very disappointed in service delivery from debonaires grassy park.
