Terrible Customer Care

Was served a wrong meal at Nandos Checkers Centre (Savel or something like that) Witbank Emalahleni, ordered half chicken R71.90 but wings arrived at my table, I only noticed half way through the meal after picking wing after wing, tried to draw attention to me but in vain, I ate the wings. When someone came to clear my table I enquired why had I beeen served only wings, I was told they had made a mistake, clearly management had picked their mistake but chose to turn a blind eye and hope I dont notice... the whole thing was taken lightly, I am not a wings fan, and I felt I am being taken for granted as no concern was shown.

So I logged a call to Nandos, this is where I was completely upset, the lady Nelly or something like that firstly was very unhelpful as I didnt know the name of the centre where I was, she then asked me did I eat the wings, I said yes, she then responds to that, "Unfortunately we cant replace your meal since you ate the wings, "Listen, I wasnt looking at scoring a free meal, I was bringing this nagative feedback to build Nandos by identifying training interventions necessary at this outlet so Nandos stays a place of choice! Disgusted for days.
