I walked into the restaurant which was packed since it was clearly lunch rush hour. I ordered my food with the stinking attitude the lady was giving me who told me it will take 20 min and I opted for it to be delivered and asked for it to be delivered which the lady told it will take a while which i clearly stated when i asked for it to be delivered that i do not mind at all. Firstly of all her manner of approach to me as a paying customer was not professional secondly her attention to detail was not on point and lastly the bad attitude didn't giving me any satisfactory customer service. Please kindly channel your staff accordingly and it's pity i ddnt even get her name. This incident happened on the 25th of June at 13:50. I still await for my food to be delivered and which i will gladly wait for, however you must teach or make you sure your cashiers know the correct level of Customer Service.
