This is the third time it happened to me. I went to Wimpy Zeerust at 09h25 today. I was the second person in the smoking area and placed my order at 09h30. They delivered my juice at 09h33. At 10h10 they did not yet brought the food I ordered. I was like on previous occasions informed that they received an order for take away's for a buss of people after I entered and that they are busy with such order. Wimpy is misleading it's customers. They must inform customers that they give preference to take away's and that you will not receive your food within an hour. Wimpy Zeerust are no longer in my opinion a family restaurant as advertised. They are a take away business giving preference to such customers. The previous time my food was not brought after 55 minutes. This time I decided to stand up and walk out after 40 minutes. I am of the opinion that Wimpy Zeerust must be forced to place it clearly on their menue that you may wait longer than 55 minutes for your food if you are a sit in client and that they are giving preference to take away clients. They are currently wasting the time of sit in clients and their advertisements are misleading if I look at Zeerust.
