Bad Service / Bad Attitude / Compulsory tiping!!!

What a disappointing evening!!! I could swear the manager / owner..old white lady!!! discriminated against us from the moment we walked in the restaurant!!! Gosh, who knew being of colour, was still a disadvantage! Overwhelmingly disappointed, as I am a hospitality professional!!! We were only 3 and waited for starters for almost 60 min. when the restaurant was not even busy! Although we waited so long for the food, the food was not that bad... what got to me was when at the end of the meal, the waitress included a compulsory tip of 10% on the bill, when she did nothing to accommodate us throughout the entire evening... she knew she didn't have to serve us, because she was going to make us pay irrespectively!!! I've never, once in my life complaint about giving someone a tip, gosh I would go out of my way to do so, for remarkable service, but to make me pay!!! Then, of course I didn't want to be rude and approached the manager on the side, asking her how they allow staff to make customers pay... her response " Oh sweety, you should go to Campsbay, there they make you pay" My word, have you ever!!! Little, did she know, I'm from Campsbay!!! No response, no customer service!!
