Bad Food

Hi Hello Peter

I have heard rave reviews about Foodin and decided to buy some good quality cheap food. The problem was that the food was off. I bought a Vegetarian Sizzler as well as a Steak Sizzler, and wow am i disappointed. After phoning at least 4 times to the landline number - 0214225060 I was told the manager was busy, to which I replied, I would hold only to have the phone put down in my ear, twice. Then I phone the cell number on the website and after 2 attempts spoke to the gentleman. I asked the ladies in my office to drive from Milnerton to Long street and fetch the food... after wasting a 36 km round trip for food, which was off and not getting any satisfactory results I am literally left with a bad taste in my mouth. Selling food that is not fresh is just that, not fresh.. I hope the matter is resolved because I would not want anyone to experience this sort of service or bad food.
