Bad Service and Attitude

I went to buy food during my lunch time, i was served meat with no cutlery and i requested for one and the waiters just laughed it was a joke to them they told me that they dont have cutlery. i asked for my money back and was told that the manager was not there to void the transaction and it was all still a joke to them. i handed back their food and i left i couldnt eat there after the bad treatment i got.
