Disturbing Service!!!

As a regular patron to mimmo's I had gone to Mimmos's Westwood on the 10 February around lunch time, so they weren't busy at all, but to my surprise the service was disturbingly pathetic!

The waitress took long to take down orders and upon receiving our drinks, I notice the "white" cutlery used were all dirty, there was nothing that was clean, when asked for cleaner dishes- my friends and I received even more dirtier dishes, when asked for the manager, we were told the manager was out on lunch, with that being said- we ordered our food, the waitress obviously confirmed and all was good until she brought the food, which were all the incorrect food dishes being served to us, she made us out to be a, and again said her manager was not in, and refused to take it back and get the correct dishes on clean cutlery!

I'm amazed as to how the staff can sweep and mop up the place while patron's are having lunch, this should be done when the place is closed to patrons!

I'm utterly disgusted by the service at this branch!
