I bought a meal on the 16th of this month, i informed the cashier that i was double charged as it notified me on my handset. I was told that i would have to return after 24 hours and when i returned i was told that i should go get my bank statement as evidence. I returned after 48 hours, along with my purchase history (statement) as an evidence for the incident that occured, it never prevailed to them, nobody wanted to take charge and attend to me. I am very disappointed and humiliated at the service level as their actions portray me as a as they have failed to deduce evidence from the provided evidence. I regularly visit the shop and it has come to a point that i no longer want to set my foot in that shop. Apart from the incidence, i had experienced a situtation whereby i had to return a meal that was not well cooked in the recent months. But fortunatly it never came into mind to complain as i had thought that its human error, so this one i could not let it go.
