Brauhaus Am Damm
Disgusting service

We were at Brauhaus for father's day. The lack of attention was disgusting. We later found out that Brauhaus was short of waiters but we were never informed.
We waited close on 2 hours for our food and when we complained and tried to tell the manageress (Nona) that if they at least apologised that it would be fair, she replied that I should not point my finger at her and that she will not apologise.
We were told to stop shouting at her (even though we were merely advising them on how disgusting the service was.
Nona also sarcastically called in my wife's face and proceeded to tell us (while pointing to other patrons " WELL DONE - WELL DONE - NOW EVERYONE HAS SEEN HOW YOU ARE COMPLAINING.
In all honesty, we have never experienced such disgusting service and then treated with such rudeness when we made our views known
