Brauhaus Am Damm
Horrendous service and Shockingly Rude Attitude

Terrible experience at Brauhaus am Damm in Rustenburg. All I wanted was to create a memorable Father's Day for Duncan. Well it turned it to be memorable for all the wrong reasons. Upon arriving at Brauhaus am Damm, we were completely ignored at first.By this I mean that the manageress at the front desk completely ignored us and then just walked away as if we did not exist. We waited about 10 minutes before someone eventually came to take us to our reserved table. No waiter came to introduce themselves to advise us they'd be looking after us, we had to search for someone for about 15 mins to get our drinks order taken, then had to wait another 20 mins to receive it, waited 2 hours for our food, then when it did, half the order was missing. When we spoke to the same manageress on duty, she informed us rather rudely 'What am I meant to do about the it', 'This is just the way things are here.' Then one of us had milkshake spilt all over and had the manageress clapping her hands in our faces saying 'WELL DONE'. The incidents are to many to mention here but suffice to say that The service in this place is shocking and the attitude stinks.
