Disgusting Hygiene and then no follow up/response

I previously placed a report on my Fiance's profile about finding a finger nail in my food when my fiance and I bought take aways from Nandos.

They were quick to respond and even collected the finger nail. We were told it was going to the lab and they would get back to us. Well it has been more than a month and we haven't heard anything from them, or the store that was responsible for proving their hygiene is absolutely disgusting!!! really disappointed with Nandos!
