Horrendous Attitude, Service and Food

Arrived at what looked to be a beautiful restaurant and a lovely setting for Fathers Day lunch. That was the only thing which was beautiful about the day.

1. Waitress was horrendous. Kept telling us to wait and it took about 10 minutes with her faffing about with an automated machine to actually take our order. She did not apologise just kept telling us to wait.
2. I Ordered Crispy Pork belly which arrived smothered in gravy and almost cold first time. Sent it back and asked for no gravy and a warm meal and it arrived back so greasy and fatty with no crispiness to be seen. Also no crackling which to be is what Pork Belly is all about.
3. My Husband's Eisbein was not crispy and very fatty
4. Manager/Owner told me that that was how the food came and she was not sure what she could do for me differently and told me it would be taken off the bill which it wasn't.
5. Many tables around us were complaining and the attitude was always the same, "what do you want me to do? "
6. When someone complained they were shouted at in front of the rest of the patrons. Horrendous.

Such a shame as this place could have huge potential
