Poor service every time

I have been to KFC Greyston Drive a few times as it is the closest to me. I cannot remember a time when I have been into that store without leaving disappointed. The most recent incident occurred at the drive through window. I placed my order without any problems at the speaker box and proceeded to the window. The woman assisting me was named Aureen if I'm not mistaken. I had asked for a drumstick instead of a thigh in my Power Tower Box Meal but received the thigh anyway. During the encounter she was making conversation with other staff members and completely ignoring us in the car, when we finally got the chance to let her know that we were missing a drink she looked at me with a blank stare and so i counted the drinks we had and she went away, got the drink thrust it into my hand and walked away again. We were given one salt and one serviette for 3 meals! Again, not the first time this has happened and after reading the other complaints on this website I am certain i am not the only one! The food is great but the constant poor service is making me not want to return to the brand.
