Disappointed with attitude and food

Ordered Wicked Zinger Box, was told no soda, take a buddy. Wasn't informed about extra price until I had to pay. When I complained, they reloaded the soda machine, not sure why this wasn't done already and why I was told they were out of the soda from the machine if this wasn't true. Took 10 minutes while my food grew cold. Got home, was given mash gravy when I asked for plain gravy. Chips were stale and hard, zinger fillet was dry and hard. Wings were the only edible thing, pathetic for R58.

Left a complaint on the KFC site, never got back to me.
