DISGUSTING SERVICE LEVEL

I was so disgusted by the level on service I got at KFC thorn tree in soshanguve block XX, we order at a drive thru and we were told that we was wait for our food at a parking and we waited 30 until I decided to go in and ask about my order and I as a lady who told me the had forgotten my order and I told her that I want my money and she must call the manager, they did and the manager tried to give me the food but I did not accept them as I don't know how long they have kept it there I was really disgusted by the way their service is and I will never spend my money at any KFC ever again..
