Bad Service

I never go to the Mac Donald's drive thru and get good service from the attendants, first of all one has to stay hours in line waiting to be assisted. I always ask for burgers with no tomato and onion and i get a total opposite. this past Sunday i asked for tea and cappuccino, i received hot water in one cup and foam milk in the other cup, i had already left for church so i hadn't had time to go back and complain. we tried complaining once and we were not taken seriously. we now use the Mac Donald's at the Mall in Witbank as it is the one with the best service. but what is wrong with the Mac Donald's at the save ways complex? i have never been satisfied with the service at Mac Donald's and i am m very Angry.
