Donald Leshomo - "Go yourself" (Quote)

Today I was told by the person who sold me my car to "go myself", after I asked why I hadn't been provided with my spare key after 9 months of owning my car. This is not the first time I have been dealt with this appalling attitude from Donald in regards to many faults and breakages with my car purchase. Donald as a saleman is the most rude and unhelpful person ever. He has also told me on another occasion that "[Toyotya] Will not keep fixing my car for free". This is in response to a clutch that broke after less than 1000kms, even though I have an extended warranty. I was also informed when my car was bought that the brakes had been replaced (in order with what was promised when buying my car). After 8 months of driving, I took my car for a service only to be informed the brakes needed replacing. When asking the service centre why they informed me the brakes had never been replaced. I have been put at a safety and insurance risk by not having working brakes and a spare key. Donald should be fired for the disgusting way he speak to clients and I will never return to Strijdom Park dealership and would advise any other person to do the same to avoid shockingly bad service.
