Delaying with orde

These morning on my way to work i decided to pass mac donald cresta drive thru i ordered macmuffin with a cola, paid everything so far so good while waiting for my order all i got was my cola waited and waited was told to park aside they will bring my order i did that, again i waited and waited eventually fed up went out of the car went inside mac donald demanded a refund, again it took me another waiting, mind you all dis happened while the car was in idle, had to clock in late at work nogal . i am dissapointed at the service i got
