I am a huge lover of Nando's and support at least twice a week, not specifically this branch however. Ever since the Pta-West / Nelpark Nandos franchise opened, I have been a loyal supporter and each time that I visited, I was extrememly pleased with the service. The staff are friendly and very assisting, albeit all these times I have always eaten in.
Last night, I decided to purchase take aways. The queues was quite long but fast moving. I guess I am not the only Nandos freak out there!
I placed my order and requested for extra sauce to be added with the chicken. I understood that the order would take some time so I waited patiently. I received my order and was utterly disappointed when I opened it at home. The chicken was not properly cooked, the meat was raw and the bones still pink inside and there was not even a teaspoon of extra sauce. It is so disappointing to pay R169.90 for a meal and then to find that it is not edible. I had no choice but to throw the chicken away and let my family have the salad with chips and rolls for supper.
I understand that they may have been busy but can attention not be given to rather deliver a service with pride & get ppl to come back?
