DRY CHICKEN

I called in and ordered lemon and herb chicken WITH EXTRA SAUCE and jumbo chips to be delivered to my place.
Yes the order was delivered timeously but it was the dryest chicken I had ever seen, dont get me wrong I buy from this store all the time and have never seen such dry chicken especially because I HAD REQUESTED EXTRA SAUCE but instead got EXTRA DRY CHICKEN BILTONG. My order number was number 15, I called in at 19;04 on 23/01/2013 so please listen to that call again and let me know if I indeed did order chicken biltong.
