Frozen Cheese Cake

Yesterday I bought 2 Cheese Cakes, I opened the one and found it to be frozen solid, the plastic spoon couldn't even break the frozen cheese cake.
Immediately, I returned, I wasn't even out of the drive through yet. I drove back in line, and asked for the manager, He refused to give me my money back as he said "the product has been opened" how else was I suppose to know the "product" is frozen solid, if I didn't open it?
I tried to explain to him that a cheese cake can be refrigerated, but not frozen solid. He laughed in my face a few times and kept saying "this is how we serve our product"... a cheese cake that is frozen solid? I do not think so.
After debating with him for about 10mins, I realised this is going nowhere. I took my frozen cheese cake and dumped it in a dustbin.
On the product container it says, "keep refrigerated" it doesn't say "keep frozen".
Something as basic as this, where the manager kept laughing in my face, and refusing to refund me, because I opened the container, this is the worst customer experience EVER!
