BRITS SPUR SERVES STAPLE IN WAFFLE!!!

I was in Spur in Brits on Saturday for a bday party that I sent my one son to. I decided to invite a friend and her children and eat separately at another table. We were plagued with poor service. The cooldrink machine was broken and the kids received MASSIVE cream soda's instead of kiddies size. The order took time - the poor waiter couldn't apologize enough. My husband an I ordered a waffle to share. While eating the waffle I pulled a staple - yes a staple out my mouth. I went to the manager immediately - this was a the final straw showed him the staple and my burnt waffle - i told them to be sure NOT to charge me for it. I received a half hearted apology and a bill with the waffle STILL ON IT. Ridiculous! Only after I complained again - was it taken off it the bill. Spur in Brits will never see me again AND I will be sure to tell all and sundry of this disastrous restaurant.
