Bad Service & Bad Attiyudes

I was in Robertson for the Wacky Wine Festival with 2 friends from CT. After a day of wine tasting we went to Bourbon Street to have dinner. Firstly they were full, so we asked if we could order take-outs to which a waitress said yes. We were standing at the bar and asked 4 different waiters to take our orders but they all had an excuse or some reason why the couldn't assist us. After being in the restaurant abt an hour, we finished our drinks and went to the Spur around the corner & were greeted with smiles.

If you cant handle the capacity of people, then dont be open to the public on such a weekend. Your restaurant was highly recommend by my friends from CT & was so disappointing to be treated the way we were.
