Ocean Basket
Poorest service EVER

On Saturday myself I sat down for lunch at Zevenwacht Ocean basket. We ordered our drinks (two glasses of Robertsons Ros?). Firstly the waitress carried the glass incorrectly with her hand around brim however we gave her the benefit of the doubt. After tasting my wine I advised the waitress that both glasses tasted different from each other and neither tasted like Robertsons. She left and came back after 2minutes advising that they ran out of robertsons and gave Nederburg instead (the wine served was not nederberg either). She then asked me: "What must I do? " When it came to the bill I felt that I received the worst service ever. I then wrote a note on my slip advising the restaurant not to pass off other wine as Robertsons. Shortly after that the waitress ran after me and shouted at me in front of other patrons and later the aggressively confronted me and my partner regarding this... I am just disappointed in the level of service received as I am a regular patron at various branches and this has put me off from dining at Ocean basket
