Twice The Slice and cold food

Last night my husband and I got take away's from Steers.
I ordered a Twice as Nice Burger and my husband a King Steer Combo.
Our Chips as great, like always. But our burgers were both cold and my twice the slice Burger did not have two slices of cheese on it.
Not very impressed!
