Waitress with bad Attitude

On Friday my friend and I decided to go to Durbanville Hills for some wine tasting. I have not done wine tasting a lot in the past, but what I realized was that not all the wine estates do things the same. As we arrived at Durbanville hills, the place was pretty crowded, but we walked in, very excited to taste the wine. We went and sat down at the bar, not one of the waitresses even acknowledged us. After waiting for quite a while I asked a waitress with dark hair if she could please explain the procedure to me? If we must fill in a form or what? Her response (after a sarcastic laugh) was "Mam, i am going to be very pleasant. Can you see we are busy? there were people here before you, so we will help them first and then get to you". Baffled by her response I asked my friend if I was rude because I just wanted to know what the procedure is? After a while she came back (with the same attitude) and asked "so how can I help YOU?! " Must say, someone definately did not get it all that morning.
