MR Delivery does not honor their online quotes!

I placed an order via the MR Delivery Website, the total including delivery charge and tip came to R220, I paid via Visa online.
The money came off my account, and I received a call from MR Delivery stating that a R45 surcharge had been left off via website. (Everytime I deal with MR Delivery I have this problem). But this time I refused to pay the surcharge as for the last six months at least they had still not fixed this problem. I was told that it was my fault because I had not selected the suburb from the list.
