Didn't receive my drinks orde

I sent in this complaint via their website, but haven't had a response and it has been a week:

After a day out on Sunday at The Waterfront and Sea Point (CT) we stopped at the Sea Point KFC for takeways before heading home to Bergvliet. Only once home did we realise that we didn't get our 500ml coke light and a kiddies soda fountain. It was too far out of our way to go back. Please can you arrange for me to collect this from our Tokai branch
