What next day delivery???

I upgraded online on saturday 7september. They promise next day delivery, its wednesday and still no delivery. I received an sms on sunday stating that my order has been invoiced. Where are the next day delivery? Empty promises is all one get. I should not have upgraded, should rather have cancelled the contract.
