Bad Service and arrogant management

This must be my eighth visit to KFC Protea Heights and every single time they had some or another problem. Not once have I been able to stop there, order, pay, pick up my order and leave. Last evening once again, after placing the order and paying I was informed that there was an eight minute waiting period for the chicken. I asked them to call the manager. The shift manager came to the window and from the word go was very arrogant with me when I asked why we always had some sort of a problem when we placed an order with them. He told me if I did not want to wait I must take wings instead of the drumsticks which is supposed to be in the meal or I must take my money and go. I have never come accross a more arrogant KFC employee than this guy. He should be sent to attend a customer service course or let him work in the back of the kitchen where he does not have to deal with customers. I will NEVER support KFC Protea Heights again!!!
