DRIVE THRU SHOULD BE DRIVE BY OVERNIGHT

On Thursday morning, 6 June 2013, at 07:15, I ordered breakfast at the drive thru. There was only one vehicle in front of me. Payment went quick and I proceeded to the collection point. As I was coming to the bend I saw another vehicle at the collection point and it looked like they were also waiting for quite some time. After a few minutes I got out of my vehicle and approached the pay point to enquire why the service is taking so long. If I knew it would take that long I would have gone into the shop at the front to place my order at the counter. All of a sudden there was life inside. As I was getting back into my vehicle, the vehicle at the collection point received its order and drove off. The vehicle in front of me moved towards the collection point and almost immediately received its order. I could also see that the gentleman in that vehicle was talking to the lady who handed him his order and I'm sure that he also complained about the service. Please bear in mind that we as the customers don't owe the staff anything, but in this case it seemed as if they think we do. This is unacceptable service and it's not the first time I've lodged a complaint about this outlet
