Vehicle repairs taking toooo long

I had an accident on 21 March 2013, on 22 March the vehicle was taken to the Dent Doctor in Nelspruit and Authorisation to repair the vehicle was given early April. I am now sitting here over a month later still without a vehicle.
All i receive is messages every week telling me that there has been a delay in repairing my vehicle, estimated collection time is the next week, and the next week i receive an sms saying that there has been a delay. I drive a Hyundai i20 and one of the reasons there was a delay was because there was an outstanding part that had been ordered from Hyundai and it wasnt delivered yet. I called Hyundai and they delivered the Part on Tuesday 14 May 2013. The lady who is dealing with the repairs promised me that they would be done by Friday, Today she informs me that I have to live without a vehicle for another week. I currently reside in Durban and the vehicle is in Nelspruit, i have to make arrangements to collect the vehicle.. I am at my most miserable because i have to get lifts from colleagues. The Dent Doctor came highly recommended now I am very disappointed. Can you assist me to get my vehicle this coming weekend. I need it.
