My vehicle was taken for a test ride and never returned. When i phone Tracker they said that they cannot tell where the vehicle is as i dont have the correct unit in my vehicle. Should they not have informed me of the units capability? if so i would never have gone with this unit. I have another vehicle with a car track in and i must point out even their cheaper units can pin point where my vehicle is 24 hours a day. I have asked them to contact me regarding this, but up to date no calls have been made - but yet my vehicle is still at large!! Pathetic if i must say!!!
