Potentially bad situation defused!

I won a TalaylorMade RBZ 18 (special tour edition) cap. I wanted to swap it for a cap for my mother and went to The Pro Shop Woodmead. I gave it to the one floor manager and said I will be back with my wife to choose a cap. When we returned a few weeks later the floor manager had left and nobody know about the cap. So I was a few hundred rand out of pocket. I then spoke to the manager of the store (his name eludes me). He immediately assessed the situation, assured me everything would be sorted out and gave me the nicest cap for my mother.

That is how you treat customers SA!
