Bad attitude by Store Manage

I was appalled at the treatment of a mother with two toddlers by the store manager Riana Prinsloo. One of the toddlers spilled popcorn on the floor and the mum was still being assisted by the cashier Kate Tshoba. The store manager confronted the customer and blamed the mother of two as she hadn't told them one of the kids spilled popcorn. This went on despite the mother reassuring the manager she had the intention of communicating this and was still busy completing her transaction. I applaud this mother for the calm way she dealt with this despite being harshly and unreasonably treated. May I also state that Riana was extremely loud and anyone waiting on the queue heard the conversation. The cashier also sided with the manager and one of the other gentlemen behind the counter also went ahead to tell of the lady off. Riana kept on asking who will clean it up. For goodness sake... we are talking about a two-year old who spilled popcorn on the floor. Is it such a big deal and was all the drama really necessary. I will not buy from Mr. Price home Brooklyn ever again. It took literally 10 seconds to sweep the little bit of popcorn... I hope it was worth the 2 customers you lost today
