Debonairs Pizza
POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES

On saturday 19th January at about 18h30 I went with my girlfriend to buy a pizza. I placed my order and just after me two other guys placed their orders. I then told them I will come back as also wanted to also get something from Nando's. I went to Nando's and bought items and waited for it and then proceeded about 15 minutes later to get my Pizza. When I arrived there the person who had ordered after me was being given his order. I stood and waited a few minutes as could see no big pizza order on the shelf where they keep orders. Another person walked in who had been after me and they gave him a pizza the same as I had ordered but pulled from somewhere at the back. This is now 35 minutes later so I then asked where was my order. I was looked at as if I was stupid and one of the staff (a lighter skinned lady) commented about myself (white guy) and my girlfriend (a black lady) to which I then got upset and asked for my money back as they could not tell me where pizza was. It then appeared and i refused to take it. Last time I visit this branch and it sickens me that is still so rife.
