Disgusting customer service

Im writing this at 20.19pm while waiting for my pizza. am very appalled with the lack of good customer service from the front staff at romans pizza 212 monument road. i stood there waiting to place an order while they were feeling charmed by males. the fat one just stood there chatting away with a man . i asked if someone is going to serve me or not. she said or what? the taller one who eventually served me battled to understand a simple order of medium pizza with ribs and kept asking me about extra spate ribs which shows to me a lack of product knowledge. after i paid she did not even tell me how long i shud wait for . really my first time at this branch was disgusting!
